Hey blog reading people, Happy New Year & Merry Christmas. Hope you all had a great christmas and new years and are ready to head back to work sometime in January (if you are lucky enough to have longer off, good for you.. Enjoy it). Here is my first video blog for the new year, and the first in a while. As part of my new years resolutions (that realistically will probably not last long just because they are called a new years resolution) I’ve decided to get fit and get some regular content for carlousmoochous.com, Where to from Here?
